WHAT IS BULLYING?
Bullying is a type of violent conduct in which someone who is seen as weaker or vulnerable is repeatedly and deliberately intimidated, harmed, or controlled by means of force, coercion, or other forms of power. It usually happens in public locations like offices, schools, or internet forums.
It can have serious, long-lasting impacts on its victims. Emotional anguish, anxiety, sadness, low self-esteem, difficulties in school, and in severe situations, self-harm or suicide ideas might result from it.
Bullying must be addressed and prevented by raising awareness, educating the public, and establishing welcoming cultures that value compassion, empathy, and respect.
